The idea is the same everywhere: order from the menu without limits, at your own pace, for a fixed price per person. The menu, the opening hours and the prices differ per restaurant. All three are closed on Mondays.

What does all-you-can-eat a la carte at Ninety involve?
You order unlimited dishes from the menu, served course by course. Each round you choose one dish; once it is finished, you order the next course. The dishes are medium sized, so guests go for four to six courses on average. You pay a fixed price per person; drinks are charged separately.
How many restaurants does Ninety have?
Three: Ninety Rotterdam at G.H. Betzweg 445, Ninety Haaksbergen at Hengelosestraat 49 and Ninety Leusden at Treekerweg 28. Each has its own website with the current menu, opening hours and prices.
What does an evening of unlimited dining at Ninety cost?
From Tuesday to Thursday, diners aged 12 and over pay 43.95 euro per person at all three restaurants; from Friday to Sunday, the weekend price is 45.95 euro. For children aged 7 to 11, the normal price is 27.50 euro in Rotterdam and Leusden and 28.50 euro in Haaksbergen; the weekend price is 28.50 euro in Rotterdam and Leusden and 29.50 euro in Haaksbergen. For children aged 4 to 6, the normal price is 17.50 euro in Rotterdam and Leusden and 18.50 euro in Haaksbergen; the weekend price is 18.50 euro in Rotterdam and Leusden and 19.50 euro in Haaksbergen. On 24 December, a Christmas Eve surcharge applies per person: 5 euro from age 12 and 2.50 euro for children aged 4 to 11. On 25 and 26 December, the Christmas surcharge is 15 euro from age 12 and 7.50 euro for children aged 4 to 11. These surcharges are added to the normal or weekend price for the day concerned. Drinks are charged separately.

No. You are not paying for a fixed time slot and you can stay at the table and keep ordering for as long as you like.
Which restaurant serves lunch?
Lunch is served only at Ninety Leusden, daily from 12:00 to 16:00. Rotterdam and Haaksbergen are open for dinner only.
How do I book a table?
Booking is done per restaurant, through the Book a table button on that restaurant's website or by phone. All three restaurants are closed on Mondays.
